The symptoms of COVID-19 are:
a dry cough
a high temperature (at least 38°C)
shortness of breath.
These symptoms do not necessarily mean you have COVID-19. The symptoms are similar to other illnesses that are much more common, such as cold and flu. However, infections with mild symptoms such as cold-like symptoms or no symptoms are likely, but it’s not known how common this is.
Cough or sneeze into your elbow or by covering your mouth and nose with tissues.
Put used tissues in the bin or a bag immediately.
Wash your hands with soap and water often (for at least 20 seconds).
Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell.
Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
Avoid personal contact, such as kissing, sharing cups or food with sick people.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects, such as doorknobs.
Stay home if you feel unwell and call Healthline on 0800 358 5453.

Please refrain from visiting us in store at the pharmacy. We will be happy to take your phone call, respond to your emails or to deliver orders placed here on our website or over the phone for your prescriptions.
There is currently no need to panic about the supply of prescription medication in New Zealand so there is no need to bulk buy. However, we do recommend that you don’t allow your regular and essential prescription medications to almost run out before you organise a new prescription.

Yes! Our website is online 24/7 and we are processing orders daily. We provide local delivery for online orders and you can contact us about your prescriptions and repeats. View our delivery options at the check out when placing your order.
